Join Peace Convergence 2011 in Queenscliff, Victoria for 1 week in the school holidays, timed to coincide with the Talisman Sabre joint Australian-US military exercises already underway in Queensland, Australia.
Nonviolently resist the war:
- Daily blockade of the bridge to Swan Island military base where SAS troops are trained for active combat in Afghanistan (5-8 July)
- Children’s activities (4 July)
- Nonviolence training (4-7 July)
- Film festival (5-7 July)
Come when you can and stay as long as you like. Accommodation and meals provided in Queenscliff:
$50/night for adults – includes all meals
$25/night for youths aged 10-17 – includes meals

Children under the age of 10 may stay and eat for free.
