Hello
I am Co-Editor of E-Pulse, the magazine of International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War(IPPNW) student movement and the National Student Representative form India. I am actively participating in peace promoting activities for the last six years or so.
I find your meeting quite interesting and educative.
But the only hurdle is the travel cost to Australia which is quite difficult to bear for me.
Is there any fund you provide for travel assistance?
I look forward to hearing from you

Hello Arashdeep,
Greetings!
I Like to see every bit of new places and i already being to Queenscliff but i think i had miss to see Swan Island Can you please tell me how can I visit there and I have researched little bit that that is Area of Defence. So, are we allowed to go there if yes how?
Waiting for your reply.
Hi,
Looking for a lift from Melbourne to Queenscliff for the peace convergence. I’ll be staying in Northcote but would be able to meet up with a ride elsewhere in Melbourne. My ph. no is 0423749946,
Thanks,
Sean O’Reilly
I seen your protest on the news today and i have to say i am absalutley descusted buy this behavior , I am a ex ARA soldier and a war vetran i have injuries from my time in the army that affect me for the rest of my life ,and best friends fighting in afghan now if they were to see the stuff you are doing back home while they are fighting and dying for our country they would be sickened ,if you dont stand behind our troops then i urge you to stand in front of them .

Fools…. The lot of you… People like you would be the first to scream for help if trouble ever made it to our shores.
On what basis do you make that assessment?
The main problem is the “trouble” we’re bringing to others’ shores – the (metaphorical, since it’s landlocked) shores of Afghanistan, Iraq, and probably soon Iran. Those people ARE screaming for our help – to get rid of the occupiers and invaders so they can get on with the long hard road of making peace in their countries. To be their friends, not their occupiers.
I can’t imagine anything more “foolish” than the military adventures Australia has embarked on in the last 12 years. Two disastrous wars, billions of dollars spent – for what? No sensible person – inside or outside the military – sees them as helpful for peace or security, for us or for the locals. The only foolishness is unthinkingly defending them.
